Susan Vrbanjac founded Strata Support Outsourcing in 2016, bringing over 27 years of experience in the strata industry – primarily as a practising strata manager.

Built on extensive, practical industry knowledge, Strata Support Outsourcing was established with a clear vision and a strong understanding of the operational demands of strata management.

Susan recognised the increasing demands of legislative and compliance requirements, the growing administrative burden, and the challenge of maintaining high service standards while managing expanding portfolios. Strata Support Outsourcing was established to address these challenges through efficient, reliable, and specialist support.

Today, the company partners with strata management firms of all sizes across Australia – from boutique operators to large multi-state organisations. Services include administration, accounting, insurance renewals and claims, compliance management, and strata management support -delivered with accuracy, consistency, and seamless integration into each client’s existing team and systems.
